Tai Chi Class and Qigong Exercises

Tai chi is a set form of coordinated movements that move the qi and blood in the internal organs, build muscle, relax the mind and  strengthen and stretch the whole body. and is an excellent form of gentle exercise. I have been teaching for a number of years and the classes are fun and presented through zoom.  This is a 5,000 year old form of exercise whose roots lie in kung fu.  Practitioners meditated for hours and observed animals and nature to understand and transform this into the form.  When tai chi came to America it was used as a gentle healthy form of exercise for all.  They have found it is great for increasing balance, getting grounded and developing a sense of your inner body and its organs and meridians to increase health and address certain conditions.  Though if done regularly, and living a healthy lifestyle, it can leave you feeling very peaceful and centered.

I can also teach at corporations and companies to employees to destress, increase focus and stamina and gain strength, stay alert, movitated, relaxed and can therefore be more effective at their jobs without burning out their energy.
